If you're experiencing upload issues, don't worry—we're here to help!
You can always reach out to us at support@marketiger3d.com, but before contacting support, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps first.

1. Model Has Too Many Polygons
At Marketiger, we support models with up to 1 million polygons. If your model exceeds this limit, you will need to reduce the polygon count before uploading.
For detailed instructions on how to optimize your model, check out this tutorial:

2. Texturing Issues
If your textures are not appearing correctly, the most common reason is missing or incorrectly referenced files.
Check Your ZIP File:
Make sure your ZIP file contains:
- OBJ file (your model)
- MTL file (material reference)
- Texture files (JPG or PNG)
For best results, all files should be placed in the root of the ZIP file—do not use subfolders, as this can cause issues.
Verify Your MTL File:
Open your MTL file in Notepad and check that it correctly references your texture. It should look something like this:
Make sure:
✔ The map_Kd line points to the correct texture filename.
❌ It does not contain a file path (e.g., C:\My Documents\Project\texture1.png
). Marketiger cannot access local file paths, so the texture must be referenced by filename only.
✔ The texture file in the ZIP matches the one listed in the MTL file. If the MTL references a different file than the one included, the texture will not load properly.

3. Unification Issues
We strongly recommend unifying your model before uploading. Combining all separate shells into a single part significantly speeds up the upload process and reduces the chance of errors.
If your file contains too many separate shells, it can cause our model processing to crash. To prevent this, merge or unify shells where possible before exporting.
