All Marketiger3D orders are made-to-order. Because each model is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been submitted.
Why orders cannot be cancelled
Every 3D model we create is custom manufactured based on your uploaded file or selected design. Production begins shortly after the order is placed, which means:
- Materials are allocated
- Print scheduling is arranged
- Your model enters our production workflow
Because this process is tailored for each individual order, cancellations and refunds are not possible after checkout.
